Having not experienced my own special day, maybe this title should be reworked but let’s roll with it. So, my view is that there are a few really key things that one takes away from a wedding.
First, the food. From the reception to the main event, from the hor dourves to the plated meal. Food is the most important wedding feature. For even if everything else fails, enjoyable and well executed fare will make most people feel good and ultimately enjoy, smile and create a great atmosphere. That is why it is so very important to have a great caterer that will work with you to create a warm (not heavy) and well thought out menu that will be pleasing to the palette, eyes, soul and tummy. Food has to be visually appealing, filled with differing colours and textures that draw your guests in and plated in a way that can be eaten effortlessly and efficiently. Secondly and most importantly EVERYTHING HAS TO TASTE GOOD. So many get caught up strictly with presentation, however taste is always our prime focus. It has to make you feel good by exciting and enticing warm and fresh reactions and feelings to ones soul. Moreover, a vital focal point often overlooked is the way food reacts on your guests; it must be substantial enough to fill people while light enough not to anchor them to their seats. That is why we always strive to create a balanced menu filled with fresh and vibrant with comforting and sense pleasing.
Secondly, and a close second is the music and entertainment. In the case that food is ehhhhh and the venue is underwhelming, a good entertainment team, band or otherwise can and most of the time will still transform your night into awesomely memorable experience. When aunt Margaret is doing the funky chicken all night and getting down to some fresh tunes, a positive feeling is formed and that positive energy is contagious which can easily transfer to others, creating a beautiful benevolent cycle that will hopefully spread throughout. A great balance between old and new, classics and trend starters, fast paced and slow songs is usually the way to go. Most weddings contain a wide range of ages and properly coordinating the music is a great way to please the masses while not alienating any particular group from the dance floor. A fun, energetic band or DJ will ultimately more often than not bring that energy forth to the big day , so be selective, open minded and thorough when searching for your entertainment team.
Lastly, venue is a wedding feature than should not be overlooked. First and foremost is Local or destination followed by Indoor compared to Outdoor. Obviously, everyone has a differing dream vision of their wedding and location, time of year, cost, theme and so forth all come into play when selecting a particular destination for the big day. Most importantly it should be big enough to fit everyone comfortably while not feeling crowded yet should maintain a cozy and warm feel that some bigger and more industrial type venues often are not able to provide. Depending on the layout and plan for the transition of the wedding from beginning to end, will play heavily on where the perfect location is, yet take all the most important projections into account when making a final decision.

Hola y gracias por este blog es una verdadera inspiración ..
Your guests will remember the way they felt as you say ‘I do.’ If you can’t remember what someone else’s place cards looked like, chances are no one will remember yours.
Talk to anyone who’s gone through it before and they’ll tell you that your wedding day absolutely flies by. You’ll be so busy going from one thing to the next that before you know it, you’ll be cutting the cake.
