Salads

1) Quinoa Salad

– Mixed with marinated red peppers, bright olives, crunchy veg and vibrant fresh herbs. Dressed in a tangy mediterranean vinaigrette

3) Kale Salad

– Mixed with pumpkin seeds, pomegranate seeds, dried cranberries, shaved marinated pear and pickled onions.  Served with a pomegranate vinaigrette

3) Fennel Salad

– Shaved Fennel and green apple mixed with a plethora of fresh herbs and a slight scattering marinated sweet onions.  Tossed in a lime and and olive vinaigrette

4) Watermelon, Feta and Basil Salad

– Skewered and served with a reduced balsamic vinaigrette and topped with fresh radish greens

5) Mixed Green Pecan & Blue Salad

– Combined with cherry tomatoes, cucumbers, blue cheese, dried cherries, crunchy pecans and sharp, creamy blue cheese.  Dressed in a lightly fruity, yet acidic vinaigrette

6) Grain and Veggie Milange

– 2 grains (kamut, quinoa) stirred  with roasted sweet potatoes, kale, briny olives, fresh herbs in an olive oil dressing

7) Caesar Salad

– Fresh romaine is tossed in a authentically creamy caesar dressing then topped with fresh grated parmesan and homemade seasoned croutons

8)  Kale Caesar Salad

– A combination of Kales is tossed in traditionally made ceasar dressing then finished with a sprinkling of fresh grated parmesan and in house made croutons

9)  Fennel, Beet and Orange Salad

– A bed of mixed greens is accompanied by shaved fennel, segmented fresh oranges, and sliced roasted beets.  Topped with fresh herbs and dressed in a tangy orange and champagne vinegar dressing

10) Apple, Cranberry, Spinach, Walnut Salad

– Sliced red and green apple are joined by sweet and textural cranberries as well as crunchy, earthy walnuts and creamy feta cheese then served on a bed of fresh baby spinach. Dressed in a apple cider inspired vinaigrette
