Burger Station (Location Dependant)

A combination of Chuck, brisket and sirloin is freshly ground and formed into ½ pound patties and grilled over charcoal.  Served on your choice of white, brioche or whole wheat buns. Along with the options of:  tomatoes, lettuce, pickles, caramelized onions, sauteed mushrooms, sweet onions, bacon, spinach, guacamole, tzatziki.

  • Choice of Mayo – Regular,spicy, basil, mixed herb, garlic or garlic and herb
  • Homemade Ketchup.
  • Spicy or sweet mustard

Brisket station:  A brisket is hand picked according to event size.  Its then rubbed with a spice blend and let to sit overnight, upon which it is slow cooked, partley smoked for over 13 hours.  Tender and luscious brisket is then sliced to order served on small buns accompanied by two types of mustard, bbq sauce and creamy coleslaw.
